Use of Courses

This course is designed for adults over the age of 18. You must be 13 years of age or older to register. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, no one under 13 years of age will be registered. SOSA takes no responsibility for minors who join this course.

SOSA will not be held responsible for minors who sign up without informing their parents / guardian. You must be over 18 years of age, or over 13 years of age and have permission from parents / guardian to take SOSA's courses, or use this site. The terms of use for chat rooms and communication facilities are outlined within the Chat Rooms, Guestbooks, Forums and Other Communicative Services terms of use.

User Submissions

SOSA does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this Site. Any material, information or other communication ("Communications") you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. SOSA will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. Some forum entries may be used in course information for the benefit of future students - in this case all names and personal information will be excluded from their use. 

For your own privacy and security, all email addresses registered in the forums are hidden from the public and no email addresses may be displayed in the forums or other communication areas of the site. In the event that email addresses are found in the forums or other communication areas, we reserve the right to remove them.

SOSA's Sites/Services may contain e-mail services, online courses, bulletin board services, chat areas, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service.
